SNOW EMERGENCY - PLEASE REMOVE CARS FROM STREETS BY 11 PM TUES. JAN. 24, 2023

In anticipation of the predicted weather forecast, which includes the potential for heavy snowfall and ice accumulation, the cities of Villa Hills and Crescent Springs have declared a SNOW EMERGENCY to take effect Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 11:00 P.M. This emergency declaration shall remain in effect until Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 11:00 P.M.

This emergency declaration will assist the public works crews with snow removal and combat the hazards from the residential streets and roadways. In accordance with Villa Hills City Ordinance 74.24 and Crescent Springs Ordinance 74.01, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle on a street for the duration of the emergency.

The Villa Hills Police Department will begin issuing citations and removing vehicles from roadways once the Snow Emergency goes into effect. Please assist us and the public works crews by removing your vehicles from the streets to allow them the space to treat the roadways and make them safe for the motoring public.
