Rental Rules and Regulations

Shelter #1 is not available to rent, but is for community use on a first come – first served basis;

Shelters #2 and #3 may be rented between April and October, and are booked on a first come – first served basis, beginning on February 1st of each year.

• The rental fee is $40 + tax (total $42.40) for Crescent Springs residents, and $80 + tax (total $84.80) for non-residents.  
• Shelter #2 is located to the left when you enter the Park from Buttermilk Pike, adjacent   to the 9/11 and Kenton County Veteran’s Memorial. This shelter is in close proximity to the playground and restrooms, and offers the use of eight picnic tables, four grills and has electric.
• Shelter #3 is located to the right when you enter the park from Buttermilk Pike. This shelter is ideal for groups who would like a quieter setting, and offers ten picnic tables, four grills and has electric.
