Solicitation of Bids & Proposals for Street Paving
The City of Crescent Springs, KY will receive sealed bids until Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 12:00 P.M., local time, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Crescent Springs City Building at 739 Buttermilk Pike, for street resurfacing. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Bid Package No. 1 - 2024 Street Paving Bid Package” and shall be addressed to the City of Crescent Springs, Attention: City Clerk April Robinson, 739 Buttermilk Pike, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
Location Plan and specifications for this work are available from James W. Berling Engineering, PLLC, 1671 Park Rd., Suite One, Ft. Wright, KY 41011 at a cost of $50.00 per set. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the lowest or best bid.

The City of Crescent Springs is seeking sealed bids from a qualified source to provide signposts, street name signs and associated hardware described and specified in the document entitled City of Crescent Springs Street Sign/Post Specifications, copies of which are available at the offices of the Crescent Springs City Clerk, 739 Buttermilk Pike, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
All bids and proposals in response to this solicitation must be received by the Crescent Springs City Clerk on or before Noon local time, Thursday, June 23, 2022, with time being of the essence, on a form provided by the Crescent Springs City Clerk and completed according to the Bid Instructions provided thereby, including all required attachments; and enclosed within a sealed envelope, with the words “City of Crescent Springs Street Sign/Post Project Bid” written, typed or otherwise indicated on the outside of the envelope.
The City of Crescent Springs reserves the right to fully evaluate all bids for completeness and adherence to all bid specifications, and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals for any reason and may waive any informality in the evaluation of the bid. The City of Crescent Springs may in its sole discretion award a bid to the lowest and/or best evaluated bidder, who meets any or all, or a combination thereof, of the specifications and conditions set out in this Request for Proposals.

The City of Crescent Springs is seeking sealed bid proposals for the purchase and installation of two (2) LED Message Boards within their corporate boundaries.
All bids and proposals in response to this solicitation must be received at 739 Buttermilk Pike, Crescent Springs, KY 41017 on or before Noon local time, Thursday August 15, 2019. Bids will be open publicly at 12:15 pm at the above stated address.
